Air Adelphi Launches Regional Charter Service, Enhancing Connectivity Across Saint Lucia, St. Vincent, and Martinique

The inauguration of Air Adelphi's maiden flight to George FL Charles Airport (SLU) on April 15, 2024, marked a momentous occasion for Saint Lucia's tourism industry, hailed by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) alongside key industry partners SLASPA and the SLHTA.


This new charter service promises enhanced connectivity between St. Vincent, Saint Lucia, and Martinique, operating thrice weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, catering to travelers seeking seamless journeys across these picturesque destinations.


Notable figures present to greet the inaugural flight included Paul Collymore, President of the Saint Lucia Hospitality & Tourism Association; Hassani Neptune, Airport Manager at SLU; Mario Reyes, Chair of SLTA's Airlift Committee; Rosie Augustin, Research and Planning Manager; and Geraine Georges, Public Relations Manager.


Collymore underscored the strategic importance of bolstering regional ties, particularly with Martinique, a vital tourism hub for Saint Lucia, highlighting the service's alignment with upcoming events on the 2024 calendar, such as the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Saint Lucia Carnival, and the Caribbean Premiere League.

Captain Nigel Morton and 1st Officer Simon Reyes accepted the commemorative plaque on behalf of Air Adelphi, symbolizing the airline's commitment to fostering seamless travel experiences.


The flight schedule entails departure from Kingstown (SVD) at 7:30 am, reaching Castries (SLU) at 7:55 am. Subsequently, departure from Castries (SLU) at 8:15 am leads to arrival in Fort de France (FDF) at 8:30 am. Another leg departs from Fort de France (FDF) at 9:00 am, with arrival slated for Castries (SLU) at 9:15 am. Finally, departure from Castries (SLU) at 9:30 am concludes with arrival in Kingstown (SVD) at 9:55 am, completing the seamless travel loop.
